Ingredients / Directions
1 32 ounce bottle catsup
1 cup(s) dark molasses
1 1/2 tbsp or to taste tabasco sauce
1 cup(s) finely chopped onions
1 mediun green bell pepper
finely minced
1/2 cup(s) lemon juice
1 teaspoon. garlic powder
2 1/2 tbsp dry mustard
3 tbsp white vinegar
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 cup(s) water
1/4 cup(s) Worcestershire sauce Combine all except water in a large
heavy saucepan. Pour the water into the catsup bottle and shake then add to the pot. Bring to a boil stirring constantly
reduce heat and simmer until onions and bell pepper are very tender
about 2 hour(s). Stir occasionally.
