Type: Pork Chops with Ginger Sherry Free Cooking Recipe – Barbecue

Ingredients / Directions
1/3 cup(s) dry sherry
1 teaspoon honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove
finely chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 butterfly pork chops,
1 tbsp gingerroot
finely chopped Mix all ingredients except pork in shallow glass dish. Place pork in dish; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour(s).
Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill 4-5″ from medium coals
14-16 minutes
brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once
until no longer pink in center.
