Ingredients / Directions
# 6 thin boneless pork chops
# 4 tablespoons apricot jam
# 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
# 2 tablespoons hot chilli sauce
# ground black pepper # Mix all the ingredients
apart from the chops
together in a bowl
# Brush the chops with the marinade and place in a shallow covered dish and allow to marinade for at least 2 hour(s)
# Cook on a hot barbecue
turning once
for 15-20 minutes or until brown and tender
