Simply good!

Ingredients / Directions
Serves 8-10.

2 cup(s)s sour cream
3 cup(s)s cooked rice
1 cup(s) green chile
1 tablespoon parsley
1 cup(s) jack cheese
1 cup(s) Cheddar cheese
Salt/pepper to taste Mix the sour cream
pepper and parsley together. Spoon 1/2 the mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish. Mix the 2 cheeses together and sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over the rice mixture. Top with the rest of the rice
then the remainder of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
