Lime and Cream Frost Free Cooking Recipe – Dessert


Ingredients / Directions
Preparation – 5 minutes and 2 hour(s) freezing time

13 oz can lychees in syrup
1 fresh or dried lime leaf
or grated rind of 1 lime
7/8 cup(s) heavy cream Line a plastic tray with waxed paper and scatter on the lychees
making sure they are not touching.
Freeze for at least a couple of hour(s) until solid.
Place the frozen lychees in a food processor with the lime leaf. Turn on the motor and slowly pour in the heavy cream. As the cream hits the frozen lychees it will semi-freeze into a thickened
frosty mixture.
Divide between chilled glasses or bowl and serve.
