KFC Cole Slaw Recipe

8 Cups Cabbage very finely chopped

1 3/8 Cups Milk

1/4 Cup Carrot shredded

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/4 Cup Buttermilk

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 1/2 Tablespoons White Vinegar

1/8 Tsp Pepper

2 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Mix milk, mayonnaise, sugar, buttermilk, salt and lemon juice and beat

until smooth. Add the cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover tightly

and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. before serving.
