Type: Fricassee of Clams Free Cooking Recipe – Fish And Seafoods

Not bad!

Ingredients / Directions
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
3/4 cup(s) milk or heavy cream
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp dry sherry
1 pint chopped clams Melt the butter ina saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook over medium heat until smooth and blended.
Slowly add the cream
until the sauce is smooth.
Stir in the salt
cayenne pepper
and clams
and cook over low heat for 3 minutes
stirring constantly. Serve on toast.
