Type: Salmon Loaf II Free Cooking Recipe – Fish And Seafoods


Ingredients / Directions
1 large can pink salmon
1 cup(s) tomato juice
1/4 cup(s) cornmeal
1/2 cup(s) cracker crumbs
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
to taste
2 tablespoons margarine Flake salmon; remove bones and skin. Add cornmeal
cracker crumbs and tomato juice. Place margarine in a baking dish and melt. Beat eggs and mix into salmon. Add salt and pepper to taste
then melted margarine. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
