Ingredients / Directions
2 whole pompano
about 3/4 pound each
1 tbsp oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Lemon wedges Preheat the oven to 400 F. Rub the fish with oil. Season lightly inside and out with salt and pepper.
Bake in a shallow pan 25-30 minutes or until you see the skin bubbling slightly and swelling from the flesh the sign that it is done.
Serve with lemon wedges.
