2 1/4 cup(s)s quick-soak dried peas
1 teaspoon sea salt 4 tbsp malt vinegar
1 tbsp mint sauce
ground black pepper Soak the peas for 2 hour(s).
Drain the peas and place in a pan with 1 1/2 cup(s)s of cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes until the mixture is tender and thickened.
Stir in the salt
vinegar and mint sauce
and season to taste. Serve warm.
