Ingredients / Directions
1 (10-inch) skillet-baked cornbread
4 eggs
slightly beaten
1 onion
chopped
1 green bell pepper
chopped
2 ribs celery
chopped
1 cup(s) dry bread crumbs
1 quart chicken broth
1 teaspoon sage
Salt and pepper
to taste Crumble cornbread and mix all ingredients. Spread thinly on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut into bite-size pieces and serve at room temperature.
Makes 36 squares.
