1 tablespoon butter or applesauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup(s) molasses
1 1/2 cup(s)s boiling water
1/3 cup(s) yellow cornmeal
3 1/2 cup(s)s bread flour
1 package yeast Place cornmeal a large bowl. Carefully pour boiling water into cornmeal
stirring to make sure it is smooth. Let stand to cool for about 30 minutes.
Stir in molasses
salt and butter. Place cornmeal mixture into bread pan
then bread flour then yeast. Use the Light setting.
