Type: Mud Pie Coffee Cake Free Cooking Recipe – Breakfast

Ingredients / Directions
1 cup(s) butter
softened
1 cup(s) granulated sugar
1 cup(s) packed light brown sugar
2 cup(s)s all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup(s) sour cream
2 eggs
beaten
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup(s) chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch square pan.

Cream butter and sugars in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add flour
cinnamon and salt; mix well. Reserve 1 cup(s) of mixture for topping.

Combine sour cream
eggs and baking soda in a small bowl. Add to creamed mixture; mix well.

Sprinkle pecans into prepared pan. Spoon batter over top. Sprinkle with reserved topping. Bake for 35 minutes.

Makes 9 servings.
