Ingredients / Directions
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
melted
1 c. white flour
1/4 teaspoon. salt
Start in a cold oven.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly
without overbeating. Half fill buttered muffin tins or custard cup(s)s. Put in a cold oven
set heat at 450 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes
then reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
To test: Remove one from the pan
it should be crispy outside and tender inside.
