Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 1 dozen (or more depending on size of drops)
1/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco
1/3 cup + 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar (or half brown/half white sugar)
2 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 beaten egg (or equivalent egg substitute)
1/2 cup + 1 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used 1/2 white chocolate chips and 1/2 milk
chocolate chips placed in the jar between different layers)
1/3 cup chopped nuts
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix, and drop by tablespoons
on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes for chewy
cookies and 11-13 minutes for crisp cookies.

Makes 1-2 dozen (depending on cookie cutter size)
1/3 cup + 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/3 cup Butter Flavor Crisco
2/3 of a beaten egg (or equivalent egg substitute)
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Karo light syrup or pancake syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour + an extra 1 Tbsp to be used in the rolling
out process
1/4 tsp baking powder

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix, and roll dough to 1/4br>
