1 cup flour — sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup margarine
1 tablespoon milk
1 egg — beaten
Topping
1/4 cup butter or margarine — melted
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 cut sugar
1 egg
Sift together: flour, baking powder, salt. Add the butter, milk and egg to
the flour mixture. Spread in a greased 10 X 15 pan. Spread thinly with
raspberry jam (stir jam first to soften). Combine topping ingredients and
drop by spoonfuls over surface of jam – then spread to cover. Bake at 350
