Chicken parmesan
Ingredients
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese — grated
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 chicken breast halves — boneless, skinless
1/4 cup butter or margarine — melted
Directions
In a large bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Dip chicken in
butter and then into crumb mixture. Place in a greased
15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F.
for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run
clear.
