cool refreshing dessert any time of the year.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 C. Sugar

1/2 C. + 2 Tbs. Flour

1/2 tsp. Salt

4 C. Whole Milk

5 Large Egg Yolks (beaten)

2 tsp. Vanilla

1 12 oz Box Vanilla Wafers

6 – 7 Bananas (sliced about 1/3″ thick)

Preparation:

On medium low heat in a large sauce pan place sugar, flour, salt, and
