Frozen Mocha Pie

CRUST:

2 tablespoons solid shortening, chilled

3/4 cup pecans, chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons cold water

FILLING:

1/3 cup butter or margarine., softened

2/3 cup light brown sugar.

1 1-ounce square unsweetened chocolate., melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

4 eggs, at room temperature

4 tablespoons Coffee with Chicory , strongly brewed, cold

TOPPING:

2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup confectioners
