chicken party style
1 envelope or 3 teaspoons gelatine
100 ml hot water (l/8th pint)
10 oz. tin condensed cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt pepper and celery salt to taste
8 oz cooked chicken diced
2 sticks celery finely chopped
2 green or red pepper finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped.
Dissolve gelatine in hot water.
Blend undiluted soup with mayonnaise lemon juice and seasonings.
Stir in the dissolved gelatine.
When the mixture is beginning to thicken fold in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into 1 1/2 p mould or cake tin
Chill to set
Sorvo with salads
Serves 4
