275g lemon sorbet
1/2 bottle vodka frozen
indian tonic water
Chill some small tumblers for a couple of hours beforehand.
Scoop out 10 small balls or teaspoonfuls of lemon sorbet place a scoop of sorbet in the bottom of each chilled glass.
Pour over a shot of vodka and top up with tonic water to taste.
