2 good handfuls of young borage leaves

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 knob of butter

1 clove of garlic chopped

1 handful of fresh marjoram picked

salt and fleshly ground black pepper fleshly grated nutmeg to taste 400g ricotta cheese
