1 tbsp brandy
336g plain flour
1/2tspsalt
l/2tspnutmeg grated
3/4tspcinnamon
1/2tsplemon rind
252g sultanas
476g currants
252g raisins
84g glace cherries chopped
56g datl or candied peelchopped
56g nuts chopped
Method
1 Cream together sugar and fat
2 Beat together eggs and brandy andgradually beat into creamed mixture
3 Fold in sifted flour salt and spices
