300g bajra flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspootr green chilli minced
2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
300ml yoghurt
6 tablespoons sunflower oil
Mix all the ingredients except the oil to make a thick batter.
Heat a griddle and pour a ladleful of the batter in the centre.
Spread the batter to make a flat round disc.
Pour a little oil around the edges and cook the disc.
Turn over and cook the other side.
There should be brown spots on both sides.
Remove to a warm plate and cook the remaining breads in the same way.
A relatively uncommon bread try as a change from the usual naan and roti.
Serves 4
