1/2 clove garlic
1 lettuce
4 tomatoes skinned and quartered
1 red pepper seeded and cut into strips
1 cucumber thinly sliced
2 small onions thinly sliced
150g canned tuna broken into chunks
8 black olives
2 hardboiled eggs cut into eighths
dressing:
80ml olive oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt pepper
Rub a salad bowl with the cut side of the garlic clove.
Line the bowl with lettuce leaves.
Arrange the remaining salad ingredients on top.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad.
