6 sheets nori
3 cups sushi rice
1 small red bell pepper
4 ounces cream cheese
1 bunch fresh cilantro

1Cook sushi rice.
2Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, discarding the seeds.
3Cut cream cheese into thin sticks, about 1 cm wide.
4Wash cilantro, cut or tear into small pieces.
5Roll the sushi, using 2-3 slices of red bell pepper, about 3 sticks of cream cheese, and about ΒΌ tsp cilantro as your fillings.
