Ingredients
1 teaspoon instant dashi stock
4 cups water
4 tablespoons shiro miso
1/4 cup dried wakame seaweed
1/2 cup soft tofu, small dice
2 scallions, sliced

Directions
1Heat up about 1 1/2 cups water to simmer for soaking the wakame.
2Turn off and add dried wakame until soft and ready to add to soup.
3Boil 4 cups water.
4When boiling add 1 tsp instant dashi.
5Let boil for 2 minutes and add scallions and tofu.
6Put 4 Tblsp miso paste into small bowl or glass.
7Add some of the dashi broth to make a “”slurry”” BEFORE adding to broth.
8Add “”slurry”” to broth.
9Let boil 1 minute & REMOVE from heat.
10Add soaked wakame to broth and pour mixture into serving bowl.
11Enjoy!
