Ingredients
6 sheets nori, seaweed
1 piece pickled preserved radish (six-inch)
pickled ginger
8 ounces sushi rice (cooked)
6 ounces of raw fresh salmon
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon wasabi paste

Directions
1Slice the pickled radish into a thin strip.
2Slice the raw fresh salmon in to a slightly thicker strip and place with the soy sauce and sugar.
3Drain; then coast with Wasabi paste.
4Position the nori seaweed sheets on the surface you intend on eating from, and place the sushi rice on the seaweed.
5Place one strip of salmon and one strip radish in the center and roll to form sushi.
6Slice and serve with pickled ginger.
