1 2lb ham slice
1 1/4 inch thick
1 16oz can pineapple chunks
plus juice
1/2 cup(s) maple flavored syrup
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 29oz can sweet potatoes
drained
Directions:
Score edge of ham so it doesn�t curl while cooking; sear in skillet. Combine pineapple
juice
syrup
allspice and pepper; pour over ham. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until ham is cooked and tender. During last 10 minutes of cooking
place sweet potatoes around ham and baste with juices. Serve when sweet potatoes are heated through.
