1 cup(s) grated sharp cheddar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup(s) milk
1 1/2 cup(s)s chopped celery
2 tbs finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic (optional)
3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
