Spiced Relief Tea
1 tsp anise seeds (ground slightly)
2-3 cinnamon sticks
1 inch dried ginger sliced
1-2 tsp dried echinacea root
Put 3 cups of water into a pot, add the spices and bring to a slow simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain into a cup and add a tbsp of honey. (anise acts as an expectorant, cinnamon and ginger helps coughing)
