250ml milk
1 egg
100g Plain Flour
2.5ml salt
2.5ml mixed herbs
25g chopped onion
5ml dried parsley
Place the sifted flour salt and egg in the bowl and beat on speed 3 slowly adding the milk until smooth.
add mixed herbs chopped onion and 5ml dried parsley.
Melt 25g fat in a fireproof shallow dish and arrange 400g sausages on the bottom.
Heat until the fat is smoking hot then pour the batter over
Bake in a hot oven for approx 30 minutes
