Type: Stuffed Spud Surprise Free Cooking Recipe – Holiday

Ingredients / Directions
# 4 baking potatoes
scrubbed
# 1 oz. ( 25g ) margarine
# 1 tablespoon milk
# salt and ground black pepper
# 14 oz. ( 415g ) can sausages in brine
drained and sliced
# 7 oz. ( 175g ) can sweetcorn
drained
# 1 oz. ( 25g ) cheddar cheese
grated # Pre-heat oven to 400F
Gas Mark 6
200C
# Prick potatoes with a fork and bake in the pre-heated oven for about 1 hour(s)
# When cooked
cool for 5 minutes
then cut in half length ways
# Scoop out center into a bowl and mash in margarine
salt and pepper and milk
# Stir sausages and sweetcorn into mashed potatoes and spoon into skins
# Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 20-25 minutes
