150g Plain Flour
l80g Butter
l5ml Castersupar
1 egg yolk
1Oml Cold Water
Place flour butter and sugar in the bowl and mix on Speed 1 increasing to Speed 3 until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Blend the egg yolk and water and add to the mixture using speed 1 to form a dough.
Roll out on a lightly floured board and use for sweet tarts flans and pies.
