1 x 1 inch piece fresh ginger root peeled and finely chopped
1/4 cup corn oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic dove minced
salt and pepper
Beat together the ginger corn oil soy sauce lemon juice garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Alternatively place all the ingredients m a screwtop jar and shake vigorously to combine well before using.
Makes 1 1/4 cups
