Gooey Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup white sugar1 teaspoon
orange extract2 eggs2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon baking
soda1/4
teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 cups semisweet chocolate
chips1 cup
miniature marshmallows, frozen
Directions1Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease
cookie sheets.2In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar
and
white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time then stir in
the
orange extract. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon;
stir into
the sugar mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips and frozen
marshmallows. Drop
dough by heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.3Bake for 20
to 22
minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on
wire
racks.
