Cooking receipe to make Chocolate Creams under category Christmas Recipes. You may find some video clips related to this receipe below.
1 pkg. (8 squares) semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 tablespoon milk
Assorted decorations:
– coconut
– colored sugar
– sprinkles
– finely chopped nuts
– an even amount of powdered sugar mixed with cocoa powder
Melt chocolate in saucepan over very low heat, watching and stirring constantly, not allowing the chocolate to burn or scorch. To best melt the
chocolate, melt it in a double boiler. Remove from heat.
Add sugar, egg and milk; best until smooth. Chill until firm enough to handle, about 30 minutes.
Shape into 1/2-inch balls. Roll in decorations.
