2 pounds venison, trimmed and cut across the grain of meat, into 1 X 3 inch

strips.

1 c Worcestershire sauce

1 qt of peanut oil

2 c all purpose flour

salt, hot sauce and/or cayenne pepper to taste

garlic, onion powder to taste

spicy mustard

Marinate meat strips in worcestershire sauce for 30 mins. Fill

electric skillet halfway w/ oi; and heat to 350 degrees. In a large

mixing bowl, combine flour, and next 4 ingredients. Roll meat into

flour and fry on oil until strips are a golden brown. Drain and serve

w/ mustard
