Butter two slices of hot toast.
Cover one with thin slices of cold roast turkey and season with salt and a little black or white pepper.
Now spread the turkey with some mango chutney (Ferns is an especially good example of its kind hot and not too sweet).
Cover with streaky bacon that is hot and crisply fried.
Slap on the second piece of buttered toast and eat immediately.
A fine and filling sandwich especially when the bacon is cooked quite crisply and the toast buttered with generosity.
