raspberry dressing
3 tablespoons corn oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons strawberry vinegar
salt and pepper
Beat the oils with the vinegar and salt and pepper to taste until well blended. Alternatively place all the ingredients in a screwtop jar or bottle and shake vigorously to combine well before using.
The use of two oils makes this dressing all the more interesting It is delicious with green salads made with mild vegetables such as zucchini.
