Ingredients
3 cups salt water
1 cup rice wine
1 green onion, sliced
1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger
8 prawns, cleaned
1 lime, cut in 8 wedges
Directions
1Combine salted water, wine, onion and ginger.
2Bring to a boil and add the prawns.
3Simmer 5-6 minutes or until the prawns are opaque and cooked.
4Remove the shells, except for a small bit at the end of the tails. Butterfly the prawns and chill.
