1 lb button mushroom
1 tablespoon white miso
1 teaspoon butter
Directions
1Slice the button mushrooms.
2Heat a skillet over low heat and add butter, allowing to brown slightly.
3Add the miso and stir. Then add all of the mushrooms and stir-stir-stir.
4After a the mushrooms give off their water, which will help melt down the miso further, stir well and serve.
