Ingredients
8 ounces tofu, chilled
1-1 1/2 teaspoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoons slivered toasted almonds or walnuts
1/2 banana, thin sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons raisins
1 dash nutmeg

Directions
1Place tofu in chilled serving bowl.
2Top with ingredients in order listed.
3Do not assume this will taste like a great sundae.
4DO not use if you have NOT used tofu before. This is for those of us who can nibble the tofu as we slice it. That takes a couple years for Western tastebuds.
