Ingredients / Directions
12 slices bread
2 1/2 cup(s)s milk
1 cup(s) mayonnaise
7 hard-cooked eggs
finely chopped
1 lb fresh crabmeat
1/4 cup(s) chopped onion
1 tbs plus 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen broccoli
1 cup(s) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Remove crust from bread. Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine bread cubes
milk
and mayonnaise; stir well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Stir in eggs
crabmeat
onion
and parsley. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Arrange broccoli in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Spoon crabmeat mixture over broccoli. Bake
uncovered
at 325� F. for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
