Ingredients / Directions
1 medium zucchini (7 to 8 inches long)
sliced
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon basil leaves
crushed
1/4 cup(s) shredded reduced fat Mozzarella cheese
2 tbs coarsely chopped pepperoni
1 to 2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese Heat oven to 350� F. Arrange zucchini slices in 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with onion powder and basil. Top with Mozzarella
pepperoni
and Parmesan. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
