Peanut Butter Fudge
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
Combine sugar and cocoa; add cream. Bring to a boil and cook for 3
minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla flavoring and peanut butter.
Beat until stiff. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased pan. Cool.
I usually make this in a small 9×9 greased pan instead of by
teaspoonfuls. Enjoy!
