lightly grease a muffin tin and preheat in the roasting ovenfor 5 minutes.
Meanwhile make up a yorkshire pudding batter adding 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to the mix.
Ladle the batter into the hot tin and then drop a tsp of fruit compote of your choice into the middle.
Place the grid rack on the third set of runners down and cook for between 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and risen.
Take out of the tin dust with icing sugar and serve straight away with creme fraiche or even better clotted cream.
A sort of sweet yorkshire pudding.
