1 teaspoon grated orange rind
4 eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup(s) coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup(s) chopped pecans
4 cup(s)s sifted flour Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and other ingredients. Bake in greased tube pan for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hour(s) at 350 degrees F.
Orange Glaze
1 cup(s) orange juice
2 cup(s)s granulated sugar
Bring to a boil and pour over cake hot from oven. Cool completely before taking from the pan. This cake keeps well.
