Cooking receipe to make dilled potato salad under category General Recipes. You may find some video clips related to this receipe below.
dilled potato salad
455g small new potatoes scrubbed
3 to 4 sprigs of fresh dill
dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon wine winegar
1 teaspoon chive flavoured mustard
2 shallots or spring onions finely sliced
4 anchovy fillets drained and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
to garnish:
1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
Put the potatoes and dill into boiling salted water and cook until tender (about 10 to 15 minutes).
Meanwhile place all the ingredients listed for the dressing in a screw topped jar with pepper to taste (salt may not be needed if the anchovies are salty).
Shake vigorously until emulsified.
Taste for seasoning.
Drain the cooked potatoes place in a heatproof nonmetallic bowl and pour the dressing over.
Toss gently.
When
cool cover the potato salad and chill for at least two hours.
When ready to serve gently toss the potato salad spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh dill.
Serves 6
