200g Plain Flour

100g Fat

Pinch Salt

40ml Water

Chop fat up roughly place in bowl with flour and salt mix on Speed 1 increasing to Speed 3 until the mixture is of breadcrumb texture.

Switch off.

Sprinkle water over the mixture and bind together using speed 1.

Press into a ball and roll out on a lightly floured board and use as required.Creamy Chocolate Frosting

150g Icing Sugar

25g Soft Butter

50g Cooking Chocolate

10ml Vanilla Essence

15ml Cream or Top of the Milk

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt over hot water.

Place the icing sugar and butter into a warmed mixing bowl and mix on Speed 1 until the butter is blended.

Add the vanilla melted chocolate and milk.

Beat on Speed 2 increasing to 3 until filling is smooth and creamy.
